Why we built this

Hush Canyon is for people who still have to choose where to apply: places locked behind lotteries, timed entry, and scarce permits.

Most tools assume you already picked a date and sell cancellation alerts. We start earlier — honest difficulty, apply windows, backups, and a shortlist you can share. Then you finish on the official site yourself.

What “hush” means

The quiet on a hard-to-draw morning is not an accident. It is the drawing — or the reservation window — working. We try to honor that hush: no bots, no proxy applying, no promised odds.

The name is invented. The feeling is real — Angels Landing, Half Dome, Whitney, The Wave, and dozens of quieter gates that still need a plan.

What we will not do

• Enter a lottery or hold a reservation for you
• Monitor Recreation.gov inventory or ping you about cancellations
• Imply we can improve your odds
• Show a draft percentage as if it were agency data

How to read the site

Homepage Most sought is our editorial shortlist of talked-about scarce tickets — curated by demand and reputation, not sorted by success rate. All places is the full field guide, with filters and sorts (including lowest / highest published success rate when a rate exists).
